Dilo Nac Tablet 10

Dilo-Nac Tablet can interact with medications, including:

• Xanthine oxidase inhibitors such as allopurinol. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.
• Stomach acid reducers such as cimetidine. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.
• Antibiotics such as ciprofloxacin, erythromycin, and doxycycline. This medicine can prevent antibiotics from working properly. If you are taking antibiotics, make sure you take this medicine two hours before or after taking your antibiotics.
• Antiarrhythmic medications such as diltiazem and verapamil. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.
• Corticosteroids such as prednisolone and dexamethasone. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.
• Diuretics such as frusemide. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.
• Non-selective β-adrenergic agonists such as isoprenaline. The concomitant use may increase the risk of hypokalaemia.
• Oral contraceptives such as ethinyl estradiol. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.
• Anti-worm medications such as thiabendazole. It may reduce the clearance of this tablet.

Dilo-Nac Tablet can interact with diseases, including: 

• Heart problems: This tablet may increase the risk of increased heart rate. 
• Kidney dysfunction: This tablet may worsen the existing condition.
• Liver impairment: This tablet may worsen the existing condition.
• Hypotension: This tablet may increase the risk of hypotension and worsen the condition.
• Stevens-Johnson syndrome: This tablet might worsen the skin reactions in case of this syndrome.
• Lyell syndrome: This tablet might worsen the skin reactions in case of this syndrome.

Dilo-Nac Tablet should be taken as per the prescription provided by the doctor. The dosage may change based on individual factors such as the severity of the condition and response to treatment. It is important to follow the prescribed dosage and not exceed it without consulting your doctor. 

If you or someone else takes an excessive amount of Dilo-Nac Tablet by accident, you must get immediate medical attention from your doctor or a nearby hospital. Symptoms of an overdose include nausea, diarrhoea, and vomiting. 

If you forgot to take Dilo-Nac Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. If the time for the next dosage is close, it is recommended to skip the missed one now and resume your regular dosage pattern. Never increase your dosage without consulting your doctor.
