Diafer Er Tablet 10is used for the following:

• Managing type 2 diabetes mellitus

• Controlling blood sugar levels

• Improving insulin sensitivity

• Reducing glucose production in the liver

• Decreasing intestinal glucose absorption

• Supporting weight management in diabetic patients

• Preventing complications of diabetes

• First-line treatment for newly diagnosed diabetes

Follow these instructions while taking Diafer Er Tablet 10:

• Take the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Swallow the tablet without crushing, breaking or chewing it.

• Take it at the same times each day to maintain blood sugar control.

• Do not stop taking this medicine suddenly without consulting your doctor.

Diafer Er Tablet 10contains metformin (500 mg), which works on the body as follows:
