Dardflam Tablet is used to relieve fever, body pain, joint stiffness, and swelling. It is helpful for mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, muscle aches, back pain, and menstrual cramps, and for pain and inflammation linked with arthritis, injury, or recovery after surgery.
It contains diclofenac, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID); paracetamol, a pain reliever; and serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps reduce swelling. Take it with or after food to reduce the chance of stomach irritation, and take it as prescribed for the duration your doctor advises.
Alongside this medicine, resting the affected area, applying heat or cold, gentle movement as advised, and staying well hydrated can help ease pain and swelling and support recovery.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any stomach ulcers, kidney, liver, or heart problems, or are taking other medicines. Report any stomach pain, black stools, or signs of an allergic reaction. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult their doctor before use.
