Dard Mr Tablet 10

Dard MR Tablet is used to relieve pain and muscle spasm.

Uses of Dard MR Tablet are:

• Back and Neck Pain: Relieves low back pain and neck pain.
• Muscle Spasm: Eases painful muscle spasm and stiffness.
• Strains and Sprains: Reduces pain and swelling from strains and sprains.

• Always swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing, chewing or breaking the tablet.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.
• If you don't see improvements after a few days or if your condition worsens, please consult your doctor immediately.

Dard MR Tablet is taken orally.

Dard MR Tablet consists of the following components:

• Chlorzoxazone (250 mg): This ingredient is a muscle relaxant that works on the spinal cord and subcortical areas of the brain. It inhibits multisynaptic reflex arcs involved in producing and maintaining skeletal muscle spasms.
• Diclofenac (50 mg): Being a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), diclofenac blocks the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause inflammation, pain and fever.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This is an analgesic and antipyretic component. It is thought to work by reducing the production of prostaglandins in the brain and spinal cord.

• Store Dard MR Tablet at room temperature.
• Keep the medicine away from direct light and moisture to maintain its efficacy.
• Always keep this medication out of reach of children for safety.
• Ensure you use the medicine before its expiry date for optimal results.

• Maintain a balanced diet, rich in proteins and vitamins, to support muscle health and recovery, particularly if you're managing muscle spasms and stiffness with Dard MR Tablet.
• Engage in gentle exercises like stretching and yoga to enhance your muscle flexibility and mobility, but avoid strenuous activities that may intensify muscle pain or inflammation.
