Ctz 10 Tablet 10

CTZ-10 Tablet is used in the following conditions:

• Seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever): This tablet can effectively manage the symptoms of runny nose and sneezing due to pollen, dust, or other environmental allergens.
• Perennial allergic rhinitis: This tablet also controls perennial allergic rhinitis symptoms. It is allergic rhinitis that occurs year-round due to dust mites, pet dander, and mould spores. This tablet helps to reduce itching, swelling, and redness due to perennial allergic rhinitis.
• Chronic idiopathic urticaria: This tablet is also taken to manage itchy, red, raised hives on the skin.

• Swallow the whole tablet with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet, as this may affect the way the medication is absorbed in the body.
• Do not change your dose of this tablet or take it more often than prescribed.

CTZ-10 Tablet is taken orally as a tablet.

CTZ-10 Tablet contains the following components:

• Cetirizine hydrochloride (10 mg): It is an antihistamine that works by blocking the effects of histamine, a chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction. Histamine causes sneezing, runny or stuffy nose, itching, and watery eyes. This tablet blocks the effects of histamine and reduces allergic symptoms.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.
• Keep this tablet away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Have a balanced diet to support the immune system and reduce inflammation, which can help alleviate allergy symptoms.
• Incorporate Omega-3 fatty acids foods such as fatty fish, flaxseed, walnuts, and chia seeds in your diet to reduce inflammation. 
• Incorporate probiotics such as yoghurt and buttermilk into your diet to support gut health and reduce inflammation.
• If you are allergic to pollen, try to stay indoors during peak pollen times or wear a mask when outdoors.
• Drink plenty of water to keep the mucous membranes in the nose and throat moist, which can help alleviate allergy symptoms.
• Incorporate Vitamin C and D supplements into your diet to support immune function.
