CLENORUSH TROCHE LOZENGES 10 is used to:

• Treat oral fungal infections (oral thrush)
• Reduce white patches, soreness, and irritation inside the mouth
• Help control fungal overgrowth associated with dentures or inhaled steroids
• Help reduce recurrence of oral fungal infections in susceptible patients

Follow these instructions while taking CLENORUSH TROCHE LOZENGES 10:

• Place the lozenge inside the mouth and allow it to dissolve slowly.
• Do not chew or swallow the lozenge whole.
• Avoid eating or drinking immediately after using the lozenge.
• Use the medicine at evenly spaced intervals as advised by your doctor.
• Continue treatment for the full duration prescribed, even if symptoms improve early.

CLENORUSH TROCHE LOZENGES 10 contains the following active ingredient:

• Clotrimazole (10 mg): This is an antifungal medicine that works by damaging the fungal cell membrane. It blocks the production of ergosterol, an essential component that maintains the integrity of the fungal cell wall and membrane. As a result, the fungal cell membrane becomes weak and leaky, leading to loss of important cellular contents and eventual fungal cell death. This action helps control fungal growth inside the mouth and throat and gradually clears oral fungal infections.

• Store CLENORUSH TROCHE LOZENGES 10 below 25°C.
• Protect from moisture and excessive heat.
• Keep the medicine in the original packaging until use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date mentioned on the pack.

• Maintain good oral hygiene by brushing teeth regularly and cleaning the tongue gently to help reduce fungal growth inside the mouth.
• Rinse your mouth after using inhaled corticosteroids, as steroid residue inside the mouth may increase the risk of oral fungal infections.
• Limit sugary foods and drinks if advised by your doctor, especially in diabetic patients, as high sugar levels may promote fungal growth.
• Clean dentures properly and remove them at night if you wear dentures, as poorly cleaned dentures may increase fungal buildup.
• Avoid smoking and tobacco products, as they may irritate the mouth lining and delay healing.
