Clear Kit Tablet 5

Clear Kit Tablet may interact with the following medicines:

• CYP3A4 inducers (e.g., rifampicin, carbamazepine, phenytoin, phenobarbital): These medicines may reduce mifepristone concentrations and potentially affect its activity.
• CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole, itraconazole, erythromycin, clarithromycin): These medicines may increase mifepristone concentrations and the risk of adverse effects.
• CYP3A4 substrates with a narrow therapeutic range (e.g., ciclosporin, tacrolimus): Mifepristone may alter their concentrations, requiring additional caution or monitoring.
• Corticosteroids (e.g., dexamethasone, prednisolone): Mifepristone has antiglucocorticoid activity and may interfere with corticosteroid treatment. Patients requiring long-term systemic corticosteroid therapy should inform their doctor before treatment.
• Anticoagulants (e.g., warfarin, heparin): These medicines may increase the risk or severity of bleeding and require careful medical assessment before using Clear Kit Tablet.

Clear Kit Tablet may interact with the following diseases or conditions:

• Ectopic pregnancy: Clear Kit Tablet does not treat an ectopic pregnancy. Known or suspected ectopic pregnancy must be evaluated and managed appropriately before using this medicine.
• Bleeding disorders: Patients with haemorrhagic disorders may have an increased risk of excessive bleeding and require careful medical assessment.
• Chronic adrenal failure: Mifepristone blocks glucocorticoid receptors and is contraindicated in patients with chronic adrenal failure.
• Inherited porphyria: Mifepristone should not be used in patients with inherited porphyria.
• Severe anaemia: Blood loss associated with medical termination may pose an additional risk in patients with significant anaemia.
• Long-term systemic corticosteroid therapy: The antiglucocorticoid effect of mifepristone may interfere with corticosteroid treatment.

Take Clear Kit Tablet strictly according to the regimen prescribed by your doctor. Do not use the kit without medical supervision.

Taking more than the prescribed amount may increase the risk of severe abdominal cramps, excessive bleeding, gastrointestinal effects and other complications. Seek immediate medical attention if an overdose is suspected.

If you miss or delay any part of the prescribed regimen, contact your doctor or healthcare provider for advice. Do not take additional tablets or alter the schedule yourself.
