Cipladine Solution 500ml

Cipladine Solution 500ml is used for the disinfecting and cleaning of wounds, burns and mucous membranes. It contains Povidone-Iodine, a powerful microbicidal agent that helps support the removal of a wide range of harmful microorganisms, including bacteria, fungi, viruses and yeasts. The solution is non-stinging and non-irritating, making it suitable for use on sensitive skin and mucosal surfaces. It is particularly effective in managing infections in cuts, abrasions and burns and is also used to prepare areas of the skin or mucous membranes before surgery.

• Povidone-Iodine IP (5%): Povidone-Iodine is the primary active ingredient in Cipladine 10% Solution. It is a broad-spectrum microbicide that helps support the disinfection of wounds, burns and mucous membranes. Povidone-iodine works by releasing iodine slowly, which disrupts the cellular functions of various microorganisms, including bacteria (both Gram-positive and Gram-negative), fungi, viruses and yeasts. It helps support wound healing and manages infection by killing harmful microbes in the affected area.

• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Apply Cipladine 10% Solution at full strength to the affected area, either as a paint or wet soak.
• Use as often as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.

• Store in a dry, dark place, at temperatures not exceeding 30°C.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
