Cinact D 15/20 MG Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Management of vertigo symptoms: This includes feelings of dizziness, spinning, and unsteadiness
• Reduction of nausea and vomiting associated with vertigo

• Control of tinnitus, a ringing or buzzing noise in the ears often linked to vertigo

• Swallow the medicine whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• Cinnarizine (20 mg): This component acts as a selective calcium channel blocker in the vestibular system - the part of your inner ear that controls balance.
