It contains amantadine (100 mg), an antiparkinson medicine. Take it as prescribed, usually earlier in the day to reduce sleep disturbance.

Tell your doctor about any kidney, liver or heart problems before starting, and about other medicines you take. Do not stop it suddenly without medical advice. Report new or worsening confusion, swelling of the legs, livedo reticularis (a patchy skin discolouration) or blurred vision.
