It contains a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkiller, which reduces pain and inflammation, and a muscle relaxant, which eases muscle spasm. Together they relieve both the pain and the stiffness. Take it with food as prescribed to reduce the chance of stomach irritation.
Simple measures support recovery. Rest the affected muscles during flare-ups, apply a warm compress as advised, and avoid activities that strain the painful area.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any stomach ulcers, heart disease, or kidney problems, and about other medicines you take. Report any black stools, severe stomach pain, or dizziness that affects your daily activities.
