Composition

Gliclazide (80 Mg) + Metformin (500 Mg)

ACMEZID M 80/500 MG TABLET 10 is used to manage type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults who require combination therapy when single-agent treatment is not sufficient. It is a combination of two diabetes-controlling agents that work together to lower blood sugar levels.

It contains gliclazide and metformin. Take it as prescribed, with meals to reduce stomach upset. Do not stop taking it without medical advice as your blood sugar may rise.
