Composition

Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Paracetamol/acetaminophen (325 Mg)

ACEROC P Tablet is used to treat moderate pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. It contains aceclofenac and paracetamol. Aceclofenac reduces pain and inflammation by limiting prostaglandin production, while paracetamol provides additional pain and fever relief.

Take this tablet with food, at the dose and frequency your doctor prescribes, and use it for the shortest time needed to control your symptoms.

Tell your doctor if you have stomach ulcers, liver or kidney problems, or heart disease, as this combination needs caution in these conditions. Avoid alcohol, and do not exceed the prescribed dose, since paracetamol overdose can seriously damage the liver.

ACEROC P Tablet is used to relieve pain, inflammation and fever associated with conditions like headaches, toothache, menstrual cramps, arthritis and minor musculoskeletal injuries.

Uses of ACEROC P Tablet 10 are:

Arthritis Pain: Relieves pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
Acute Pain: Effective for acute back pain, dental pain and sports injuries.
Fever: Reduces fever alongside pain relief.

Use Aceroc P Tablet 10 following these instructions:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Avoid breaking, chewing, or crushing the tablet.

Aceroc P Tablet 10 may cause common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, indigestion, dizziness, headache, or feeling sleepy. Most of these effects are mild and usually go away on their own.

Aceroc P Tablet 10 consists of two active ingredients that work together to provide relief from pain and inflammation:

Aceclofenac (100 mg): It is an NSAID that inhibits the cyclooxygenase-2 enzyme, which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. These chemical messengers are key to inflammation, pain, and fever. By blocking the action of cyclooxygenases-2 enzyme, aceclofenac reduces the inflammation, pain, and fever associated with musculoskeletal disorders, joint pain, and injuries.
Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Believed to act mainly on the central nervous system, acetaminophen inhibits central prostaglandin production by blocking COX enzymes in the brain. It increases the pain threshold and brings down fever by acting on the brain's heat-regulating centre.

Pregnancy

Aceroc P Tablet 10 is contraindicated during the third trimester of pregnancy. If you are pregnant or planning to conceive, discuss this with your doctor.

Breastfeeding
