Acenac-P Tablet is a combination medicine that contains the following active components:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This component works by inhibiting the action of a specific enzyme in your body known as cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This enzyme is involved in producing chemicals called prostaglandins, which are responsible for inducing pain, swelling, and fever in response to injury or disease. By suppressing COX-2 action, aceclofenac reduces prostaglandin production thereby managing pain and inflammation.
• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Paracetamol acts mainly in the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) where it blocks signals of pain to the brain.
