Abrofyl 50 MG Syrup 100 ML is used for the following:

• Decreasing chest tightness and wheezing

• Easing breathing difficulties in lung disorders

Follow these instructions while taking Abrofyl 50 MG Syrup 100 ML:

• Use a measuring cup or spoon to ensure the correct dose.

• Shake the bottle well before each use.

• Keep the bottle tightly closed after each use.

• This medicine is sugar-based and needs caution for use in diabetic patients. If you have diabetes, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

Abrofyl 50 MG Syrup 100 ML contains Acebrophylline (10 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Bronchodilation: Acebrophylline relaxes and widens the airways in your lungs (the bronchi and bronchioles), making it easier for air to flow in and out when you breathe.

• Mucolytic effect: This medicine helps thin and loosen thick, sticky mucus secretions that can block your airways, making it easier for you to cough up and clear these secretions from your respiratory tract.

• Anti-inflammatory action: Acebrophylline reduces inflammation in the airways of your lungs, decreasing swelling and irritation that can restrict breathing and cause discomfort.

• Phosphodiesterase inhibition: It blocks certain enzymes called phosphodiesterases, which helps relax the smooth muscles in your airways and improves airflow to the lungs.

• Store at room temperature below 30°C.
