Abitor Ca 75/10 MG Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Prevention of heart attacks

Abitor Ca 75/10 MG Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to protect your heart:

• Aspirin (75 mg): This ingredient prevents platelets (small blood cells) from sticking together and forming clots. It works by blocking certain natural substances in your body that cause inflammation and blood clotting.

• Atorvastatin (10 mg): This component belongs to a group of medicines called statins. It blocks an enzyme in your liver that is necessary for making cholesterol, thereby reducing the levels of harmful low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and increasing beneficial high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol.

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): This ingredient prevents blood clots by stopping a substance called adenosine diphosphate (ADP) from binding to its receptor on platelets. This action prevents platelets from clumping together, which could otherwise form clots that block blood vessels.
