Softee Laxative 3.75/11.25 ML Syrup is used for managing occasional constipation. It combines an osmotic and lubricant mechanism in a single formulation. It contains Liquid Paraffin (3.75 ml), which helps manage stool consistency by coating the intestinal walls and entrapping water in the faecal mass, and Magnesium Hydroxide (11.25 ml), which helps manage bowel movements by drawing fluid into the colon through osmosis. 

• Liquid Paraffin (3.75 ml): Liquid paraffin helps manage stool softness by forming a thin, lubricating layer along the intestinal lining. This layer entrains water within the faecal bolus, making stools more pliable and easing their passage through the colon without systemic absorption.
   
• Magnesium Hydroxide (11.25 ml): Magnesium hydroxide helps manage bowel regularity by osmotically drawing water into the large intestine. The increased intraluminal fluid content stimulates smooth muscle contractions, promoting effective and gentle evacuation of stools.
   
• Other Ingredients: Purified water, Mint flavour, Sodium saccharin, Sucrose, methylparaben, and Propylparaben.
