Dulcoflex® Liquid is used for relieving constipation. It contains Milk of Magnesia IP (11.25 ml) and Liquid Paraffin IP (3.75 ml). This product works by drawing water into the intestine, softening stools and promoting bowel movements. It also acts as a lubricant that helps stools pass smoothly. The combination of the ingredients works through complementary mechanisms to help relieve constipation and associated symptoms such as hard stools, bloating and straining. Dulcoflex® Liquid is now available in Saunf Flavour.

• Milk of Magnesia IP (11.25 ml): Milk of Magnesia helps draw water into the intestine, which softens stools and supports easier bowel movements. It helps make hard stools easier to pass and provides relief from constipation when used as directed.
   
• Liquid Paraffin IP (3.75 ml): Liquid Paraffin acts as a lubricant in the intestine, helping stools pass more smoothly and comfortably. It helps reduce difficulty and straining associated with passing hard stools.

Dosage and Administration:

Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, the following dosages are recommended:

• Adults and children over 12 years: ½ to 1 tablespoonful
• Children 5 to 12 years: 1–2 teaspoonfuls
• Children 3 to 5 years: ½ to 1 teaspoonful
• There is no need for dosage reduction in the elderly. Prolonged use is not recommended.
