• Use it as your regular toothpaste.
• Apply at least a 1-inch strip of the toothpaste onto a soft bristle toothbrush.
• Brush teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes twice a day (morning and evening), and not more than three times a day, or as recommended by the dentist.
