Here's how to use No Pile Cream effectively:

• Ensure the affected area is clean and dry before application.
• Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area using your fingertip or a clean cotton swab.
• The amount of cream needed will depend on the size of the affected area.
• Gently massage the product on the skin, covering the affected area with a very thin layer of cream.
• Wash your hands after applying the cream, to prevent spreading any potential infection.
• Consult your doctor for specific advice on usage.

No Pile Cream is applied topically.

No Pile Cream contains three active components that work together to provide relief from haemorrhoid symptoms:

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate (0.025%): This potent corticosteroid suppresses inflammatory responses by inhibiting the synthesis of inflammation-causing compounds such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. It also decreases capillary permeability thereby reducing swelling and inflammation in the affected area.
• Phenylephrine (0.1%): Phenylephrine is an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor agonist which when applied topically causes vasoconstriction reducing blood flow to the affected area. This action helps lessen swelling and inflammation.
• Lidocaine (2.5%): As a local anaesthetic, lidocaine blocks nerve impulses by inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for their initiation and conduction. This action provides analgesic effects relieving pain associated with haemorrhoids and anorectal disorders.

• Store No Pile Cream at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.
• Keep it away from direct light and moisture.
• Ensure the cream tube is tightly closed when not in use.
• Always keep the cream out of reach of children.

• Maintain a high-fibre diet. Including fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help ease symptoms of haemorrhoids by softening stool and reducing straining during bowel movements.
• Regular exercise is beneficial. Physical activities like walking can decrease pressure on veins which can worsen haemorrhoids. However, avoid heavy weight lifting as it might increase abdominal pressure and cause new haemorrhoids or worsen existing ones.
