• Wash and dry your hands before preparing baby’s food.
• Make sure all utensils are thoroughly cleaned.
• Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes.
• Allow to cool until lukewarm.
• Measure the quantity of water as mentioned below and pour it into the baby’s bowl.
• Add the number of scoops of Cerelac as mentioned below.
• Stir until the cereal is smooth. Once the pap is mixed properly, hold for two minutes and feed immediately using a clean spoon.
• Discard the used feed.
• For an infant aged 8 to 12 months, add 33 g (4 level scoops) in 100 ml water (½ cup).
• For infants aged 12 to 24 months, add 50 g (6 level scoops) in 150 ml water (¾ cup).
• It is recommended to feed 2 times a day.
