• Wash your hands. Use clean utensils.
• Sterilise the utensils, including the feeding spoon and bowl.
• Boil drinking water for 5 minutes and let it till lukewarm.
• Pour an exact amount of lukewarm water as per the feeding table.
• Consult the feeding table and add the exact number of levelled scoops for the baby's age.
• Only use the scoop provided. Shake/mix to dissolve powder.
• Feed the baby using a bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.

• Store in a cool and dry place.
• Don’t empty the contents of the pouch into the container. Continue to use powder from the pouch. 
• Transfer the pouch to a suitable airtight container.
