Kitson Z Soap is used for managing fungal and flaky skin. It combines the antifungal properties of Ketoconazole 2% with the exfoliating benefits of Salicylic Acid. This dual-action formula helps manage fungal infections and supports the removal of dead skin cells. It relieves symptoms like itching, scaling, and irritation often associated with seborrheic dermatitis, ringworm, or athlete’s foot. The soap works by cleansing fungal-prone areas and helping to restore the skin’s natural texture. Kitson Z Soap is suitable for daily use on affected areas under dermatological guidance.

• Ketoconazole 2%: Ketoconazole belongs to the class of antifungal agents and targets the fungal cell membrane directly. It interferes with the synthesis of ergosterol, which supports the weakening of the fungal structure. This compound helps relieve symptoms like flaking, itching, and discomfort commonly associated with fungal overgrowth on the skin.
   
• Salicylic Acid: Salicylic Acid acts as a keratolytic agent that breaks down the bonds between dead skin cells. It promotes exfoliation, which helps remove excess scales and debris from the skin surface. This ingredient helps maintain clear pores and supports smoother, flake-free skin texture.
   
• Other Ingredients: Sulphur, Titanium Dioxide, Aqua, Perfume, Colour and Soap Noodles Base. 

• Relieves Symptoms associated with Fungal Infections: Kitson Z Soap contains Ketoconazole 2%, which targets the fungal elements commonly linked to skin concerns such as athlete’s foot and ringworm. The formula works on the skin surface to help remove build-up and ease discomfort associated with such conditions. 
   
• Manages Seborrheic Dermatitis and Pityriasis Versicolor: The combination of Ketoconazole and Salicylic Acid supports the cleansing of skin affected by seborrheic dermatitis and patchy discolouration caused by pityriasis versicolor.
   
• Reduces Itching, Flaking and Scaling on Skin and Scalp: The soap works by soothing areas prone to persistent itching and reducing the presence of dry flakes and thickened patches. Salicylic acid softens dead skin layers, making it easier for the active antifungal ingredient to act effectively.
   
• Exfoliates Dead Skin and Maintains Clear Pores: Salicylic acid acts as a keratolytic agent, which promotes the shedding of dead skin layers and opens up clogged pores. 

• Wet the skin and lather Kitson Z Soap on the affected area.
• Leave the lather on for 3-5 minutes for optimal action.
• Rinse thoroughly with water and pat dry.
• Use once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
