Ketokem Soft Soap is used for managing dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, and fungal skin concerns. It helps cleanse and refresh the skin and scalp. Combining antifungal, antibacterial, and soothing properties, this medicated soap works by addressing the causes of flaking, itching, and irritation. It is formulated with ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione, known for their ability to manage fungal growth and scalp scaling, along with aloe vera extract and glycerine for enhanced hydration and skin comfort. 

• Ketoconazole (1% w/w): Ketoconazole is an antifungal compound that helps manage fungal overgrowth on the skin and scalp. It works by targeting the cell membranes of fungi, which may reduce flaking, itching, and redness associated with dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis. Its cleansing effect supports a healthier scalp environment.
   
• Zinc Pyrithione (1% w/w): Zinc pyrithione is known for its antibacterial and antifungal properties, which may help in reducing scalp scaling and irritation. It works by disrupting the cell function of fungi and bacteria, supporting the reduction of flaking and discomfort. This ingredient also contributes to maintaining scalp hygiene.
   
• Aloe Vera Extract (2% w/w): Aloe vera extract is valued for its soothing and moisturising properties. It may help calm irritation and redness while replenishing moisture to the skin and scalp. Aloe vera’s natural compounds can also promote a refreshed feeling and support skin’s natural balance.
   
• Glycerine (3% w/w): Glycerine is a humectant that attracts and retains moisture, helping the skin stay hydrated. It may help reduce dryness and itching, leaving the scalp and skin soft and supple. Glycerine also enhances the smoothness of the soap’s lather.
   
• Other Ingredients: Soap noodles base, preservatives, perfume.

• Rub gently all over the body and wet hair to produce a rich lather.
• Leave it on for 4–5 minutes.
• Rinse off thoroughly with water.

• For external use only.
• Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, or mucous membranes.
• In case of contact with the eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C, away from light.
• Soap may lose moisture naturally over time
