Idemol Oral Drops 15 ML

Idemol Oral Drops are used for managing mild to moderate pain and high body temperature in children. It is a paracetamol-based solution. This suspension is available in a pleasant flavour, making it easier to administer to young children. Paracetamol, the active ingredient, works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals in the body that contribute to pain and high body temperature. Reducing these chemicals helps lower body temperature and alleviate pain. 

• Paracetamol/ Acetaminophen (100 mg): Paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen, is a widely used medication recognised for its analgesic (pain-relieving) and antipyretic (fever-reducing) properties. This reduces the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that play a crucial role in pain sensation and regulating body temperature. By lowering prostaglandin levels, paracetamol effectively reduces mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, muscle aches, and toothaches. It also helps regulate high body temperature, making it particularly useful in managing conditions like colds, flu, and other illnesses associated with high body temperature.
