• Add exactly 3 drops of urine sample in the well marked with "S".
• Please ensure that the urine collected is the first urine of the morning.

• If two lines appear on C and T, it is marked as pregnant.
• If one line appears on C, it is marked as not pregnant.
• If no valid line appears on C and T, then it will be marked as invalid test.
