Dr Willmar Schwabe India Nisikind Globules 10 GM are used for supporting respiratory health in children. It may help to manage mild symptoms associated with coughs and colds. It is formulated with ingredients known for their anti-inflammatory properties that may help to reduce respiratory infections, mild chest pain and seasonal infections. It helps manage symptoms associated with sneezing, blocked nose, throat pain and fever. 

• Aconitum napellus: It may help with restlessness, tension, fever, and symptoms like oppressed breathing, hoarse voice, dry croupy cough, and shortness of breath.
   
• Eupatorium perfoliatum: It may help to manage body aches, fever, influenza-like symptoms, coryza (inflammation of the mucous membranes), sneezing, hoarseness, soreness in the chest, and chronic cough due to its anti-inflammatory properties. 
   
• Bryonia alba: It may act on dry mucus membranes that help to manage symptoms such as dryness of the throat, soreness in the larynx and trachea, difficult and quick respiration, and a heavy feeling in the chest, along with a dry hacking cough.
   
• Ipecacuanha: It may help the pneumogastric nerves to manage symptoms associated with nausea, coryza, dyspnea (difficulty breathing), chest constriction, suffocative cough, and rales (abnormal lung sounds).

• Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician. 
• Take 3 globules 3 times a day and on the appearance of the first symptoms (shivering, fever, muscular pain) then take 5 globules every 2 hours. 
• After improvement and until the symptoms disappear, take 5 globules every 3 hours (preferably to be administered 15 minutes before meals).

• The ideal temperature for storage is 25 degrees centigrade.
• Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

• Avoid any strong smells in the mouth, such as coffee, onion, hing, mint, camphor, garlic, etc., while taking the medicine.
• Keep at least half an hour gap between food/drink / any other medicines and allopathic medicines.
