Dr Willmar Schwabe India Alpha Coff Cough Syrup 100 ML is a homeopathic remedy designed to provide relief from dry, spasmodic or irritative coughs. It also helps alleviate throat irritation and associated nausea or vomiting.  

• Rumex Crispus 3x: This ingredient is believed to be helpful for coughs with a scratchy or raw feeling in the throat. It might act as a demulcent, soothing irritated throat tissues and potentially reducing discomfort.
   
• Justicia Adhatoda: Also known as Malabar nut, this ingredient may help soothe throat irritation and ease coughing by potentially reducing inflammation. It might also possess expectorant properties, helping loosen mucus and expel it more easily.
   
• Ipecacuanha: In homoeopathy, Ipecacuanha is used for coughs that cause nausea or vomiting. 
   
• Spongia Tosta 1x: This ingredient comes from toasted sea sponges and is believed to be useful for dry, croupy coughs with a feeling of suffocation. It might help ease the tightness in the airways associated with these types of coughs.
