• Move each pair of red (and white) beads to either end of the belt.
• Step between the two white beads.
• Place the belt around your waist. Adjust the two side beads so that the belt fits you comfortably.
• Loop one end of the tab ends twice between the end of the belt and the red bead. Push the red bead down tight against the pad. 
• Repeat the same on the other side.
• Discard after use by wrapping it in paper and placing it in a trash bin.
• Do not flush.

• Use one pad at a time and replace it every 4–6 hours.
• Wrap and dispose of the used pad in a dustbin.
• Do not flush in the toilet to avoid blockages.
