Zytee Lotion is used to provide rapid relief from the pain and inflammation of mouth ulcers (canker sores), cold sores, and the irritation caused by new dentures or dental braces. It helps soothe the tender areas of the mouth, making it easier to eat, drink, and speak comfortably while the sores heal.

This medication contains Choline Salicylate, a topical analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent. It works by blocking the enzymes that produce prostaglandins, the chemicals that cause pain and swelling at the site of the ulcer. When applied directly to the sore, it numbs the area and reduces the localized redness and irritation, providing targeted relief where it is needed most.

Wash your hands before and after applying the lotion. Using a clean finger or a cotton swab, apply a small amount to the affected area every 3 to 4 hours as needed. Consult your dentist or doctor if the ulcers do not heal within two weeks or if you develop a fever along with the mouth sores.
