Zescoryl D Syrup is used for relieving cough, cold, nasal congestion, and allergic symptoms. It is formulated with a combination of Cetirizine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, and Phenylephrine that work together to provide effective respiratory relief. Cetirizine, an antihistamine, helps reduce sneezing, a runny nose, and watery eyes by blocking histamine action.
