• Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride IP 0.5 mg: Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride is a widely used nasal decongestant known for quick relief from nasal congestion. It works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages through vasoconstriction. This helps reduce swelling and inflammation in the nasal tissues, clearing mucus buildup and opening the airways. Its effects are typically felt within minutes and can last for several hours. Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride is often found in over-the-counter nasal sprays or drops.
