Vigliptin 100 Sr Tablet 15 is used for controlling blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It improves glycaemic control as a standalone medication (when metformin is unsuitable), or by boosting the efficacy of other oral antidiabetic agents (metformin, sulfonylurea, etc.), and by enhancing insulin effectiveness when standard insulin doses fail.
