Trypace Mr Tablet 10

Trypace Mr Tablet 10 is used to treat pain, stiffness, and muscle spasms associated with musculoskeletal and joint disorders. It is effective in conditions like lower back pain, acute flare-related pain in osteoarthritis, and acute musculoskeletal pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis. The combination of a pain reliever and muscle relaxant helps reduce inflammation, relax muscles, and improve movement.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Chewing or crushing it can alter its effectiveness.

• Always take it after meals to reduce the chance of a stomach upset.

• Never exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor. Overdosing can lead to severe side effects.

Trypace Mr Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to alleviate pain and inflammation:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This ingredient is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by inhibiting the cyclooxygenase (COX) pathway involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins that cause pain, inflammation and fever. Aceclofenac has higher selectivity for COX-2 isoform, thereby minimising gastrointestinal side effects.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): Paracetamol acts as an analgesic and antipyretic. It exerts its effects by central and peripheral mechanisms. It inhibits prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system and peripherally blocks pain impulse generation.

• Thiocolchicoside (8 mg): Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. It is a competitive GABAA receptor antagonist and glycine receptor antagonist with muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It acts at the spinal and supraspinal levels to inhibit pain pathways.

• Store Trypace Mr Tablet 10 at cool dry place below 30°C.

• Choose a dry place for storage, away from direct sunlight or excessive moisture.

• Ensure the medicine is kept out of sight and reach of children.
