TICACIP 60 TABLET 10 is used to prevent heart attacks, strokes and other serious heart problems in adults with a history of heart attack or who are at high risk of a cardiovascular event. It belongs to a class of medicines called antiplatelet agents.
It works by stopping platelets from sticking together and forming blood clots, keeping blood flowing smoothly through the vessels. Take it as prescribed, usually together with low-dose aspirin, and continue taking it for as long as your doctor advises, even if you feel well.
Avoiding activities with a high risk of injury, using a soft toothbrush and razor with care, and limiting alcohol support safe use of this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any history of stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders, or planned surgery before starting. Report any unusual or prolonged bleeding, blood in urine or stools, or severe headache immediately.
