Thrize Plus Tablet is used for the following:

• Relief of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis

• Management of rheumatoid arthritis symptoms

• Alleviating the discomfort associated with ankylosing spondylitis

• Easing musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, strains and back pain

• Managing postoperative pain and inflammation

• Mitigating dysmenorrhoea or painful menstruation

Here's how to take Thrize Plus Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush, or divide the tablet.

• Always take this medicine preferably with meals.

• It's recommended not to exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

• Don't abruptly stop taking this medicine; always consult with your doctor first.

Thrize Plus Tablet is taken orally.

Thrize Plus Tablet contains four active ingredients:

• Bromelain (90 mg): This enzyme derived from pineapple stems promotes tissue repair and reduces inflammation by increasing blood supply to the affected area and inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory mediators such as prostaglandins and cytokines.

• Diclofenac (50 mg): As a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), diclofenac works by blocking cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, thereby reducing the production of prostaglandins which play a key role in inflammation, pain, and fever.

• Rutoside (100 mg): This flavonoid exhibits potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It scavenges free radicals reducing oxidative stress and inhibits the release of pro-inflammatory cytokines; it also reduces capillary permeability which helps decrease swelling.

• Trypsin (48 mg): This proteolytic enzyme aids in the breakdown of proteins and promotes the absorption of the other active ingredients. It also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects by reducing swelling (oedema) and improving circulation in the affected area.

• Store Thrize Plus Tablet in a dry place, away from moisture and light.

• Keep it at normal room temperature, ideally between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius.

• Ensure the medicine is kept out of reach of children.

• Always check the expiry date on the package before use.

• Regular exercise can help manage osteoarthritis by strengthening the muscles around your joints and reducing inflammation. Aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
