• Use in cases of Tinea corporis, also known as ringworm
• Assisting in the control of Pityriasis versicolor, a fungal infection causing skin discolouration

• Terbinafine (1 %): Terbinafine, the active ingredient, blocks an enzyme called squalene epoxidase in fungal cells, which is necessary for producing ergosterol, a key part of the fungal cell membrane. By inhibiting ergosterol production, terbinafine weakens the cell membrane, causing the fungal cells to lose functionality and eventually die.
