Telrose Tablet is used for the management of high blood pressure (hypertension) and elevated cholesterol levels (hyperlipidemia).

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid breaking or chewing it.

• The medicine can be taken with or without food according to your preference.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

• Ensure you maintain consistency in the timing of the dose each day for maximum effectiveness.

Telrose Tablet is taken orally.

Telrose Tablet is made up of two active ingredients that work in different ways:

• Rosuvastatin (10 mg): This ingredient blocks an enzyme involved in making cholesterol in your body, thus reducing cholesterol levels. It boosts the number of receptors that can take in "bad" cholesterol from your blood to break it down. Additionally, it reduces the production of very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), leading to fewer LDL particles. Consequently, it lowers total cholesterol, LDL-C, ApoB, non-HDL-C, and triglycerides while slightly increasing HDL-C ("good" cholesterol).

• Telmisartan (40 mg): This component acts as an antagonist to a hormone called angiotensin II which causes blood vessels to narrow (vasoconstrict) and prompts the release of another hormone that increases sodium and water retention by your kidneys. By blocking this hormone's effects, telmisartan helps relax and widen your blood vessels and reduces fluid build-up which ultimately assists in lowering blood pressure.

• Keep your Telrose Tablet below 30°C.

• Ensure the storage area is inaccessible to children.

• Since Telrose Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure and cholesterol, consider limiting your intake of high-sodium and fatty foods. This includes processed meals, fast food, and certain dairy products.

• Regular exercise can also help in managing these conditions. Try to incorporate at least 30 minutes of moderate physical activity into your daily routine, such as brisk walking or cycling.
