CompositionSUMO COLD AF Syrup is used to relieve symptoms of the common cold and allergies in children, such as sneezing, a runny nose, nasal congestion, sinus pressure, and watery or itchy eyes. It combines paracetamol, an antihistamine and a decongestant.
Paracetamol relieves fever and general aches, the antihistamine blocks histamine to ease sneezing, itching and a runny nose, and the decongestant narrows swollen blood vessels in the nose, easing congestion and helping your child breathe more comfortably.
Give this syrup to your child using the measuring device provided, at the dose your doctor prescribes based on age and weight, and do not exceed the recommended frequency.
Tell your doctor if your child has liver disease, high blood pressure or heart disease, as the paracetamol and decongestant components need caution in these conditions. Because this medicine can cause drowsiness or, occasionally, restlessness, monitor your child after each dose, and never exceed the recommended dose since paracetamol overdose can seriously damage the liver.
