Subitral DS Capsule is used to treat fungal infections affecting the mouth, vagina, skin and other parts of the body, helping reduce symptoms such as itching, redness and irritation.

Subitral Ds Capsule 10 contains itraconazole (100 mg). Here's how it works:

• Inhibition of Ergosterol Synthesis: Itraconazole works by blocking the production of ergosterol, a crucial component of fungal cell membranes. Ergosterol helps maintain the structure and function of these membranes.
• Increasing Cell Membrane Permeability: By inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, itraconazole increases the permeability of the fungal cell membrane. This disrupts the cellular environment and results in essential components leaking out.
• Fungal Growth Arrest: The disruption caused by itraconazole leads to growth arrest or death of susceptible fungi, effectively managing the infection by preventing new fungal growth and impairing existing ones.

• Store Subitral Ds Capsule 10 at room temperature, ideally between 15°C and 30°C.
• Keep the capsules in their original packaging to protect them from light and moisture.
