Spirodin Injection 10ml

Spirodin Injection is used for the following:

• Management of symptoms in bronchial asthma

• Treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema

• Reducing instances of apnea linked to bronchospasm

• This injection should be administered by a healthcare professional.

Spirodin Injection is administered intravenously.

Spirodin Injection contains doxofylline (10 mg), which works on your body in the following ways:

• Phosphodiesterase Inhibition: Doxofylline, being a phosphodiesterase inhibitor, prevents the breakdown of a substance called cyclic AMP in the smooth muscle cells of your airways. This action effectively increases the levels of cyclic AMP.

• Bronchodilation: High levels of cyclic AMP help to relax the muscles in your airways. This relaxation leads to widening of the air passages, making it easier for you to breathe.

• Anti-inflammatory Effects: Doxofylline also suppresses inflammatory responses in your airways. This reduction in inflammation further enhances airflow and reduces respiratory symptoms.

• Store Spirodin Injection at room temperature below 30°C.

• Keep it protected from direct sunlight and moisture.
