Sistal Ap Tablet 10 contains three active ingredients that work together to provide effective pain relief:

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This potent NSAID and analgesic works by selectively inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins, which promote inflammation, pain, and fever. Aceclofenac also reduces cytokines like IL-1β and TNFα, which are involved in the body's immune response.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This widely used analgesic and antipyretic works centrally by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain and spinal cord. This action lowers the threshold for pain sensation and reduces fever.

• Trypsin-Chymotrypsin (50000 AU): This combination of proteolytic enzymes helps break down proteins and peptides, reducing inflammation and accelerating the healing of injuries.
