SISTAL AP Tablet 10 composition contains Aceclofenac (100 Mg) + Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 Mg) + Trypsin-Chymotrypsin (50000 Au) as its active ingredients.

• Aceclofenac (100 mg): This potent NSAID and analgesic works by selectively inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2). This reduces the synthesis of prostaglandins, which promote inflammation, pain, and fever. Aceclofenac also reduces cytokines like IL-1β and TNFα, which are involved in the body's immune response.
