Salbuvac 2.5 MG Respules 2.5 ML are used for the following:

• Relief of acute bronchospasm in asthma

• Management of chronic bronchospasm in COPD

• Prevention of exercise-induced bronchospasm

• Treatment of reversible obstructive airway diseases

• Control of breathing difficulties during asthma attacks

• Improving airflow in narrowed breathing passages

• Relief of bronchial muscle spasms

• Opening of constricted airways in respiratory conditions

Follow these instructions while using Salbuvac 2.5 MG Respules 2.5 ML:

• Pour the solution into a standard jet nebuliser connected to an air compressor.

• Ensure the mask or mouthpiece is properly fitted before starting treatment.

• Breathe normally through the mouthpiece or mask until all medication is used.

• Rinse your mouth after each treatment to minimise side effects.

• Store unused respules in their original packaging at room temperature.

• Each respule is for single use only; dispose of any unused solution.

Salbuvac 2.5 MG Respules 2.5 ML are administered via nebulisation.

Salbuvac 2.5 MG Respules 2.5 ML contain Salbutamol (2.5 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Bronchial muscle relaxation: By activating these receptors, salbutamol causes the muscles surrounding your airways to relax, which helps widen the airways and improve airflow to and from your lungs.

• Increased cyclic AMP: Salbutamol stimulates an enzyme called adenylyl cyclase, which increases cyclic AMP (a messenger molecule) levels in airway cells, leading to bronchodilation.

• Anti-inflammatory action: It may help reduce inflammation by inhibiting the release of inflammatory substances from mast cells, which are immune cells involved in allergic reactions.

• Store Salbuvac 2.5 MG Respules 2.5 ML at room temperature.

• Keep in a tightly closed container, protected from light and moisture.

• Discard if the solution appears discoloured (not clear and colourless).

• Each respule is for single use only.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Do not use after the expiry date printed on the package.
