Rovasday Cl20 Capsule 10 has two active ingredients that work in different ways:

• Clopidogrel (75 mg): Clopidogrel belongs to a group of medicines known as antiplatelet agents. It functions by blocking a receptor on platelets, which are blood cells that help form clots. This prevents these platelets from sticking together and forming clots. As a result, it reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes caused by blocked arteries.

• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): As a statin or HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor, Rosuvastatin blocks an enzyme in the liver that makes cholesterol. This action lowers total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein (bad cholesterol), and triglycerides in the blood while slightly raising high-density lipoprotein (good cholesterol). By doing so, it helps stop cholesterol from building up in the arteries, thereby reducing the chances of heart disease and stroke.
