Rosuva Gold 20 Capsule is used to lower the risk of heart attack, stroke and other cardiovascular events in adults with existing heart disease. It is a combination medicine containing rosuvastatin (a statin), aspirin (an antiplatelet) and clopidogrel (an antiplatelet).
It combines cholesterol lowering with protection against blood clots. Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, and do not stop it suddenly, as this can sharply increase the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
Eat less saturated fat by cutting down on fried food, ghee and butter, and add vegetables and whole grains. Stay active and avoid smoking.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have bleeding problems, stomach ulcers or liver disease, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Tell your doctor or dentist before any surgery or dental procedure. Ask your doctor about use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report black or bloody stools, unusual bruising or unexplained muscle pain. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
