Rivamus 2.5mg Tablet 14 is used for the following:

• Preventing major cardiovascular events

• Reducing stroke risk in non-valvular atrial fibrillation

• Preventing blood clots after knee replacement surgery

• Preventing blood clots after hip replacement surgery

• Managing deep vein thrombosis

• Preventing pulmonary embolism

• Cardiovascular protection in acute coronary syndrome

• Blood clot prevention in combination with antiplatelet therapy

Follow these instructions while taking Rivamus 2.5mg Tablet 14:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

• Take the medicine at the same time each day for the best results.

• You can take this tablet with or without food.

Rivamus 2.5mg Tablet 14 is taken orally.

Rivamus 2.5mg Tablet 14 contains rivaroxaban (2.5 mg), which works in the body through the following mechanisms:

• Factor Xa inhibition: Rivaroxaban directly blocks Factor Xa, a crucial protein in the blood clotting process, preventing the formation of thrombin and subsequent development of blood clots.

• Protect from light and moisture.
