It combines aceclofenac, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that reduces pain and inflammation by blocking the production of prostaglandins, and paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic that helps relieve pain and reduce fever.
Take this tablet with or immediately after food, exactly as directed by your doctor, to help reduce the risk of stomach irritation. It is generally intended for short-term use unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
Before starting treatment, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney or liver disease, severe asthma, or heart disease. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time, as this may increase the risk of liver damage.
