Recosulin R 40 IU Injection 10 ML is used for the following:

• Managing type 1 diabetes mellitus

• Controlling type 2 diabetes mellitus

• Regulating blood glucose levels after meals

• Preventing post-meal blood sugar spikes

• Controlling diabetes in children over 2 years

• Supporting comprehensive diabetes management plans

• Supplementing long-acting insulin therapy

• Preventing complications of uncontrolled diabetes

• Administer the injection subcutaneously (under the skin).

• Do not inject into muscles or veins unless specifically advised by your doctor.

• Check that the insulin appears clear before use.

• Rotate injection sites to prevent skin problems.

• Administer 20-30 minutes before meals or within 20 minutes after starting a meal.
