Hynidase Injection 1

HYNIDASE INJECTION 1 may interact with the following medicines:

• Local anaesthetics such as lidocaine: Hyaluronidase may increase the spread and absorption of local anaesthetic agents, which can enhance their therapeutic effect and improve anaesthesia distribution. However, excessive absorption may also increase the risk of side effects such as dizziness, low blood pressure, or systemic toxicity in susceptible individuals.
• Loop diuretics such as furosemide: Concurrent use may influence fluid and electrolyte balance during subcutaneous fluid administration. Patients receiving both medicines may require careful monitoring to avoid dehydration, electrolyte disturbances, or altered fluid distribution.
• Salicylates such as aspirin: High doses of salicylates may reduce the effectiveness of hyaluronidase by altering tissue permeability and reducing enzyme activity. This may decrease the spread and absorption of injected medicines or fluids.
• Antihistamines such as diphenhydramine: Concurrent use may reduce the enzymatic activity of hyaluronidase and decrease its therapeutic effectiveness. As a result, the desired enhancement in medicine dispersion or fluid absorption may be reduced.
• Corticosteroids such as hydrocortisone: Combined use may alter tissue healing and affect the spread and absorption of injected medicines in some individuals. Prolonged corticosteroid therapy may also increase susceptibility to tissue fragility or delayed healing at injection sites.

HYNIDASE INJECTION 1 may interact with diseases, including:

• Infections at the injection site: Hyaluronidase should not be injected into infected or inflamed areas, as increased tissue permeability may promote the spread of infection.
• Malignancy: Hyaluronidase should be used cautiously near cancerous tissues, as increased tissue permeability may theoretically facilitate the spread of malignant cells.

The dose and frequency of HYNIDASE INJECTION 1 should be determined by your doctor based on the clinical condition, route of administration, and response to treatment. Do not alter the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

An overdose of HYNIDASE INJECTION 1 is unlikely to occur as it is administered by a healthcare professional.

If you miss a scheduled dose of HYNIDASE INJECTION 1, contact your doctor or healthcare provider to reschedule the injection. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed dose.
