It contains rabeprazole, which reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach, combined with domperidone, which helps food move through the digestive tract more efficiently.
This capsule should be taken as prescribed by your doctor, ideally on an empty stomach, swallowed whole without chewing or crushing. Take it as prescribed and continue for the duration advised to allow ulcers or reflux-related damage to the food pipe to heal fully.
Avoiding spicy, fatty or acidic foods, eating smaller meals, and not lying down immediately after eating can help reduce reflux symptoms alongside this medicine. Reducing caffeine, alcohol and smoking may also lessen acid-related discomfort.
Tell your doctor if you have liver disease or are taking other medicines before starting this capsule. Report persistent stomach pain, black or bloody stools, or unexplained weight loss to your doctor promptly, as these may need further investigation.
